About the Role:
The Executive – Order Management / Customer Service will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle — from order receipt to delivery — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong coordination across internal departments and proactive communication with customers to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, work orders, order tracking, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Production, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform relevant departments about stock shortages or supply chain issues.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, backorders, and key customer service metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management efficiency and customer experience
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in order management, customer service, or sales coordination (preferably in manufacturing / industrial / chemical sectors).
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
