Job Summary:

We’re hiring an experienced Turner to operate precision machines and ensure high-quality output. The role involves reading mechanical drawings, setting up machines, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Set up and operate conventional lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading,drilling, and other operations.

Perform machine adjustments and change tooling as required for new jobs or material changes.

Ensure components meet quality standards and specified tolerances.

Inspect and measure finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor the machining process and troubleshoot any operational issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all company safety rules and quality standards.

Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet production targets.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Set up machines according to production schedules and job cards · Insert align and secure fixtures, tooling based on job specifications

JOB SPECIFICATION (SKILLS / QUALITIES/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB) · I.T.I or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. · Proven experience as a Turner and Setter in a manufacturing setup. · Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. · Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance. · Skilled in using measuring tools and instruments. · Attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Familiarity with safety practices and guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturday Off)

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

(Rotational Shifts)
